good job but:
on pull downs either lean back a bit or stay straight these are two slightly different exercices.
on dumbell rows keep your back straight, butt sticking out not rounded back
on deadlifts you don't need to hit the floor hard with the weights keep your movement controlled, smacking the weight down and jerking it back up can injure you
in all your movements slow down a bit on negatives
try dumbell rows leaning forward but with two dumbells together (like barbell bent rows but using dumbells as you lift back dumbels will separate and as you lower them they should meet in front of you) very effective exercise since you have a much better range of motion than barbell row where your arms are at a fixed width all the time.
right! everybody makes little mistakes and don't see them unless somebody else points them out, i get drawn myself sometimes into mistakes when i get carried out sometimes. All great advice.
Don't get discouraged when people post advice threads. Hell, critiques are helpful and partly why we are all here (motivation, encouragement, advice, etc)
Your workouts are pretty awesome. Work on your weaknesses and keep killing it
Great workout, I just want to comment on the deads too. Your back is pretty rounded. Keep your butt down and arch your back as hard as you can. Picture it like you're driving the ground away from the bar instead of pulling the bar away from the ground.
Best thread in IM history.
