Cost of everything is going up, brotha! I use AllMaxNutrion's ISO-FLEX. For a 5lb jug, cheapest place I found it was 79.99. I remember when I could buy it for 50.00.

Quality protein has been rising almost monthly even for huge purchases. If you can find cheap protein its likely junk. It sucks but what can you do.

I use Pro Complex. I find it for like 50 bucks. Its got a boatload of protein in it(whether or not your body absorbs it is another thing). What I like about it is that it mixes well and doesnt taste like a cat shit sandwich. I also just load up on chicken and solid white tuna,both high in protein and taste good.

Unfortunately, protein is a simple case of "you get what you pay for." If you buy a 5 pound tub for 25.00/bucks, it's probably junk. Spend the extra cash and your body will thank you for it.

IMO, Twinlab used to be one of the market leaders years ago until they got bought out by some foreign company. TL had the best fat burner on the market. (Ripped Fuel & Ripped Fuel Extreme) Of course that's when ephedra was legit.

IMO, they're not the worst, but like many other companies, it costs too much money for them to manufacture a decent product.

I think its a decent protein for the price. its a blend of wpc and wpi. I would be buying IML's whey but I just cant spend $70 for 5lbs when I drink about 10-15lbs of whey a month.

Completely agree. I use the Iso-flex and it's 79.99 for 5 pounds. Kills me. 97% WPI and CTP, quality BCAA label.
