jw why naps sends different compaines than what ordered

For the 2nd time in the past 2 months I have received my order and the right quantity but from a different company/source. Im pumped to be gettin my stuff but why are they doing this? With no notification? Theres a reason im ordering a certain company (cuz theyre my favorite). This will not affect my business at all as naps constantly comes thru....jw why theyre doin this

this could be it, but im simply speculating... im just glad I always got what brand I ordered from them (beginning to feel like one of the lucky guys).

What if someone is allergic to EO and orders a particular brand because the oil used. Can the customer request no substitutions?

I'd say in that case, open a ticket as soon as the order is placed letting customer service know the situation.

^^^This. It has happened to me. I appreciate the fact that they do this instead of taking an order and have to wait for restock. Thankfully all prods naps supplies are top notch.

then dont put the stuff thts out of stock on the website........ have got my stuff twice but there are reasons i want genenza....... appreciate tht it comes though but when i buy a car i buy a certain color for a reason

Yeah I`d be a lil upset if my GP was subbed for something else. GP is the only thing I order from Naps.
