i havnt got a way of testing my bodyfat at my gym cuz its a pussy ass gym and doesnt even have calipers or nothing! (yeah im changing gym soon any way)


was just wondering what you guys think im at rougly i would say 15% not sure tho?

in that pic i would say 12 maybe even 10 usually for most you can see a six pack at below 12 .my abbs start showing at arround 16 but no where near a six pack.

thanks bro didnt think it was that low to be honest. i eat clean 90% of the time my only vice is fucking alcohol.. i drink more then i would like.. ideally i would like to quit but i cant seem to do that at the minute the min life deals me a shit card i get drunk sad as fuck i know bro but we all got demons.. im turning 24 in 3 months and i want to put a stop to it then at the latest.. any way this is not a counciling thread hahaha..
