Diet help plz

Im getting heaps of pain and discomfort from what seems like tendons, right elbow, left hip, left shoulder

Ive also noticed my fingernails have gone grainy (ridged) and rough for the first time in my life, they break easily and seem really weak.

Ive been working out 6 days, never miss cepting a few with hip flexor problems (1 week of leg work outs) for the last 4 months

What am i missing? I can only assume im lacking something in my diet, im getting great gains, toning nice, gaining size, dropping fatty tissue, guts gone totally now.

Im eating 2-3 bowls of vegies a day, plenty bananas, oranges.
Rice, heaps of chicken, oats with diet yogurts every breakfast.
Wholegrain breads, wholegrain bars.

I need to get on top of this issue or i can only guess its going to get worse?

Ideas plz?
 
Few things brother: fish oils take them 3-4 times a day, coconut oil for cooking, add some natural peanut butter and almonds. If u want to check all the blocks a serving or two of udos oil ED. Take a good glucosamine/chondritin/msm product 2x ED. Cut back a little on ur carbs and throw some of these fats in and u will feel better in no time!!

honestly tinyshrek hit the nail on the head, that only thing id add to that is just because you eat lots of veggies dosent mean your getting what your body needs, dont be afaid to add a multi vit in the mix there worth the money and im sure you all ready know but you should be drinking like a fish pound down warter all day long!
