The reason you have LH is because of the HCG you are taking. That is why people should use HCG during cycle. Your recovery will be a lot easier if you use HCG and control E. How much HCG are you using?

No. HCG suppresses LH. He's just not totally shut down at the pituitary yet. It's getting low though.

Remember that for all intents and purposes HCG is treated by the body as though it were LH. It keeps the testicles running but if anything will suppress LH production even more eventually. Not usually a concern becasue its easier to turn the pituitary back (with respect to FSH and LH) on than it is the testes.

Yes your right HCG is artifical LH so it is confusing as to why he still has natural LH. Could it be because he kept his e2 in check throughout? E2 is supressive as well. OP when was your last pin prior to the 375mg you took 12 hours before the test?

I pin on Monday morning and Thursday night.. The Pin prior to testing was Thurdsay night. So that puts it at ~3 days.
Also, I recall reading that Aromasin is supposed to Raise total and free test. Maybe this has something to do with it.. Next cycle, I may stay off the Aromasin and Hcg and compare bloods. Who knows?

Here's my latest bloods (LH and FSH), and I'm on 500 ius HCG e3d. Been on cruise/blast for a year.

* Yes, I'm aware my E2 is fucked due to bunk ai.
