Fine Molds 1/72 scale Y-wing

A new model I am working on, when I bought it I had no idea it was this small. I will post more photos as I go.

Here is the kit, got 2 of them, about $50 each. I also have a 1/48 scale resin kit of the same ship coming in next week, that one cost me $150.

I had the Y-wing toy when I was a kid, loved that ship. My dad used to be a toy buyer for a large department store and would get samples of a lot of toys (including Star Wars stuff) so I had some Star Wars stuff like six months before my friends were able to buy it which is pretty f in cool when you're a little kid...

dang that sounds sweet. My dad would buy me motorcycles that didnt run. I had 9 non-op bikes one summer, he said you wanna ride it figure out how it works and make it run. He would let me ride them for a while and then sell them. Took me along time before I realized I was actually working for him.
