6 days of Helios

The before pics were taken Monday April 30. The after pics were taken 6 days later on Saturday May 5...

On Monday my weight was 218 and Saturday it was 204. My diet was very low carb, 30 grams a day or less. I got in 3 pretty good workout sessions then my job called me out on the road( the second pics were taken in a hotel)

Also this was after im down from a starting weight of 259 at 6' tall. The total weight loss has taken place over about 5 months . And ive been on and off GP prop,Helios (used around 1 full bottle) and different GP orals.

Well I had to work in new Orleans starting that week and the humidity was horrible. I'm a civil engineer and I'm outside a good bit so I started cramping some. I quit the Helios until I'm gone from here.

How did you use it?

Started out with 1/2 a cc for 3 days and increased 1/4 cc every 3-4 days up to 2 cc...... Take it 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. I always shoot it in several different fat spots

Took a week vacation and didn't do any dieting, gettin my attitude back right.. Dropped all gear except Helios for the next month and a half, gonba try to drop as much weight as I can then blast off with prop and Var. I'll keep everybody posted and I'll try to get some pics up

also, I agree with your statement not to take orals without test but there are times when it's done on purpose for a reason. an example is pre contest, guys will drop test and continue taking orals/other injectables so they dont hold water from the test, it'll make em feel like complete crap but if you're competing it's part of what you have to do. if it was easy to compete at a high level then everybody would do it.
