currently training for size/strength, 2 on, 1 off..................training each muscle once a week, except calves and abs................the question is during PCT; should training be altered at all?..........I do change up my routine every 6/8 weeks or so but was not sure regarding PCT w/ training; I can read online all day about it BUT would prefer firsthand knowledge from you guys..............thnx

Try your best to train and eat as u did on cycle if u want to keep the gains u achieved while on cycle. If your program calls for new exercises then rotate as needed. I judge off bio feedback for swapping out exercises.

You will find your strength might taper off but do the best u can.

^^^What... If you try to train the same way off cycle as you trained on cycle you will ran the chance if your body going in to a catabolic state. With the lack of testosterone in your body this well be very easy to do. You need to tone the training done. Less sets, reps, and weight. Remember this is the time to recover.

I totally disagree. Maybe not the volume or consistency BUT you should still train heavy and as hard as your body will let you. That's what keeps the muscle there along wit food. Backing off will just aid u in losing muscle faster

Bump for more thoughts...

I start my PCT in about 4 weeks from now and would like to hear peoples thoughts on how to adjust training if at all.

Post Cycle Therapy

This is one of the reasons I love this forum. A new guy asks a question and gets a simple answer instead of 50 posts flaming and raping him. And the answer actually took fewer characters than saying "Use the fucking search function."
