I can do 315 maybe 3 times right now.. i'm building back up slowly towards heavy bench presses.

I'm shooting for 405lbs this year!! hopfully i can hit it
 
Not everyone who is big or strong is on gear. I played football with guys who could rep 405 and barely even took the weight room seriously. That being said, I don't know and I don't care. He made 405 look pretty damn light and that's commendable.

Dis I am not stupid and I been in the game for a long long time. Some people are just strong. But look at his physique he is doing something. And only 3 years. Is it possible ? Of course but I have my doubts and wanted some opinions from the vets. Does he look good and is he strong ? Fuck yea Mad credit to him but to tell everyone I did a ph cycle and he said hes scared of steroids.
 
I am not saying he should brag about it it or would it discredit his hard work either . Maybe he thinks it will and does not want to admit.
 
Two of the stronger guys at my gym don't use 'ass'.....nice looking gyms though, a lot cleaner than my gym, POWERHOUSE PHILLY.....
