So I recently switched up routine and started doing triceps with back and biceps with shoulders. Im not sure if my days are spread apart enough so let me tell you my ENTIRE routine and let me know what u guys think!
Everything 4 sets
Tuesday: Back tri's
Deadlifts
Wide grip weighted pull ups
T bar row
Wide grip Lat pull down
Cable rows
Weighted dips
Overhead tricep extension
Close grip bench press

Thursday: Legs
Squats
Leg curls
Leg press
Seated calf raises
Standing calf raises
Abs

Friday Shoulders and Biceps
DB overhead press
db Fly's
Lat raises
Machine overhead press
Shrugs
Preacher curl
Bicep curl with cable machine
Seated db curl

Sunday
Chest
Incline db press
Flat db press
Cable fly's
DB flys
Chest dips
A set or 2 of pushups to failure

I know it would probably be better to do shoulders and chest combined and have a full arm day but I feel like if I did that I wouldn't be able to focus as much attention on chest/shoulders.

Lets take a look

A total of 24 sets of arms and including deadlifts you have 24 sets FOR YOUR ENTIRE LOWER BODY! Your arms need as much volume as your entire lower body?
You have deads as a back exercise, but you have to know that they hit your lower body. So why would you have your leg day follow your deadlift day?
You don't see any reason for a difference in volume between a compound and isolation exercise. It doesn't matter if it's squats or seated calf raises, it's going to be 4 sets.

I'm not looking any further. I would make a new routine.

Ya I have been focusing on my arms alot more. So I originally had Tuesday Back Tri's then thursday shoulders, Friday legs and sunday chest bi's. But my triceps were still a little sore on thursday and biceps on tuesday. Ughh any ideas? I guess I could do legs on saturday!

I don't like to do chest day after shoulder workout. That is too much push movement for my shoulder joint.
I would rather do something like this:
1. Chest + others
2. Back + triceps
3. legs + Calves
4. Shoulders + biceps

i would go back+bi's, then a leg day starting with squats, rest, chest+tri's, then a day starting with deadlifts. on lower body days in my opinion as long as you have most of your focus on squats and deads to start with whatever you want to do after that to compliment them is secondary. but thats just me.

Ya Ill prob switch back to chest tri's back bi's soon just wanted to change it up. Shock my muscles. I did notice I have been doing alot more weight especially on triceps. Arms looks slightly bigger and it's only been a month. Plus im in PCT. But im deff not gonna do legs thursday ill wait till saturday!

Im not a big fan of working chest and shoulders together because I like to focus on them more. So as of now I have been doing

Tuesday: Back Tri's
Friday Shoulders Biceps
Saturday Legs
Sunday Chest

Do you guys think im resting enough between shoulders and chest? Should I move shoulders to thursday? Then my biceps might now be at their full potential from tuesdays back? Thoughts?
