Thanks to heavy for picking me to run Halo Extreme and give honest feedback before my blast in October!

Age -43
Years Training-25 years -plus!
Current AAS- TRT at 350mg's of Cyp a week, Halo Extreme 2 caps a day.
Goal- Qualify for the Masters Nationals 2013

Training-
6:00 AM- Fasted Cardio.. 30 minutes Elliptical

3:00 PM- BACK

Warm up- Chins 3x10 reps
Reverse Lat Pulls- 4x 10-12 reps
Barbell Rows- 4x 8-10 reps
DB Rows- 4x8 reps (heavy)
Lat Machine Pullovers- 3x20 reps (squeezing at bottom)
Quarter Rack Dead Lifts- 3x15 reps (med weight)

Abs- Machine Crunches (don't count reps or sets)
Hanging Leg Raises 3x20 reps
Sit Up/ Crunches 2x100

Same as my 9:30 meal
No glutamine

4:00 PM (PRE TRAINING)
10 ounces of Top Round on the indoor grill
1 cup white rice
2 cups broccoli
5 grams of glutamine
1 Halo Extreme hour after digesting

7:00 PM-
10 ounces of chicken
1 cup green beans
(no carbs)

10:00 PM-
8 ounces of ground bison cooked with mix vegetables


12:00ish -
1 cup cottage cheese mixed with 1 scoop hydrolyzed chocolate whey

Before bed-

Quads-

Leg Extensions - 3x20 reps (warm ups) not working sets!
Front Squats - 4x10 225, 315, 405 for 2 sets
Hack Squats- 4x20 reps w/ 4 plates--two on each side, changing my feet stance for different insertion points!
DB Lunges- 3 sets of traveling w/ 50lb DB's--about 15 yards per travel
Leg Extensions- 3x8 reps (heavy)--working sets!!

Meals-

1:00- 10 ounces of free range chicken tenderloin w/ KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce!
12 ounces of white potato w/ ketchup
1 apple w/ scoop of almond butter

4:00- 12 ounces of ground sirloin (grilled)
1 cup white rice
1 1/2 cups of green beans

7:30- 12 ounces of flounder (white fish)
1 large sweet potato
2 cups spinach w/ spray butter

11:00- 1 Optimum Cookies n Cream Casein Shake--40 grams protein
1 scoop of Almond Butter

Eating the same meals as yesterday

The IML Halo Exterme is making me strong! I haven't taken any PH's in a while, but this stuff works really well. I have a bad tendon in my right elbow--and the 2 caps of Halo a day--is helping with movements in the gym

I can tell I'm getting a little more grainy and the veins are up above the fascia after a week ..
 
Thursday is going to be a busy day with work and prepping our football team for homecoming

I didn't think the HALO Extreme would have this much of an anabolic affect like it has in a little over a week.

Being on TRT , it's a very nice addition . I say it's closer to Mast than Turnibol, but that's me!
My appetite has dramatically increased. With the formeron and Halo X, I'm getting dry and vascular at a weight of 272!

Training Shoulders

Warm up DB press with a 20lb DB
Side Laterals 6x20 reps (light)
Rear Delts DB lateral 3x10 reps (faced to incline bench)
Standing Military Barbell Press 3x8/10 reps
Seated DB Press 3x12 reps (using 60's, 100's, 120's)
DB Alternate Front raises 3x20 (last exercise, so I use light weight for squeeze)

The Halo Extreme has been an unreal addition to my TRT.
Getting strong on all my lifts. appetite is through the roof, recouping well . I always thought that IML PH's were like most on the market, but the Halo is a very well made product. Again, thanks to heavy for giving me the opportunity to log and experimenting this ...

Picture of the quads 2 weeks ago with crashed T levels at 198 ng/dl. I have since, pinned 550 mg's of TRT Cyp and 2 Halo Extreme a day.

Quads are flat, fat, and no separation. I will be taking progress pics as I get into my prep with my coach..:winkfinger:

This Halo is no joke! I will be the first to admit, when heavy asked me to log this prod, I was reluctant, not believing in the product myself.

I will admit that this shit works like T-Bol/ maybe Mast IMO. Harder (by far), Veins, Strength, Libido is strong, and mind you, I started this at a low T level at 198 ng/dl.

My endocrinologist has upped me to 400 mg's of Cyp a week--starting today! I just started TRT last week.

I just recently switched to it myself 4-5wks ago. Gotta say I love the Allmax products bro all the way around, great company.

Love Aminocore. Probably the best amino blend I've ever used! I sip it through my workout to avoid the muscle tissue breaking down. I use 2 sccops--even though it says only use one. I've always used a ton of amino's. You're right bro, Allmax is the shit! All their products have a great review from Europa Sports. It's selling like mad right now!

Feeling really good (minus my cold).. This Halo has worked wonders along with TRT on re comping my body after crashing hard from last go around.
If you're thinking--like I did--that IML products or PH's along with TRT would be the wrong way, try this f'ing Halo man, it's working really good with keeping me leaner
and harder with veins and grainy skin. Normally when I do Cyp, I get a little water retention--which I like--but the Halo has worked like I wouldn't of never thought! I'm
not just saying that to please the ear! It works and if you're thinking about running it with cycle, give it a shot! I'm really happy thus far.

Before bed- 60 grams whey isolate mixed with 1 cup nonfat cottage chesse


I can tell my test levels are coming up a bit. The Halo has kept me super strong during my training sessions.
I take it before I train--about an hour before. I've noticed a huge change in the density of muscles, more energy, killer pumps, over all a great prod!

Upped the dose of IML Halo Extreme to 3 caps a day. 1 in the morning and 2 pre workout. Along with 300mg's of Cyp (TRT), I've recovered from a horrible PCT and a Elbow injury that was really nagging me until the Halo kicked in! I've ran T-Bol and I have to say, this stuff is very close-- if not just as strong! I recommend if you've been doubting this product, give it a try, you'll be surprised how strong it is-- after 2 weeks of use. It works!!! I didn't think it would but it's powerful and great for pre workout!! Thanks IML

Halo with the TRT Cyp has been awesome! No more aches and pains. A lot stronger and more energy in the gym--FOR SURE!
