I am doing P90x right now during my off cycle time period and I have lost over 16 pounds and when I do my next Test/ Tren Blast I wanna do DC Training. There is a lot of different info out about it and it is a little confusing on how to do it. I have the exercises and stretching but not sure how to split them up for 3 day workout and not sure about warm-up. Any vets that can help would be appreciated greatly.
