Just want you guys to check out my cals,fat,carb,protien out.
I'll start with stats 5'08 156lbs when I first wake up. I'm running 600mg test e a week and I kick started with super dmz 2.0. I'm 4 weeks in. I've gain like 11lbs in 3 weeks it seems like haven't been able to gain anything in a week. Right now I average 2,910 cals, 51.5 fat, 284 carbs, 254 protien. Not including fruits and veggies. I eat every 2 hours to 2 1/2 hours sometimes every hour and half. I get a minimum of 7 hours a sleep a day. I dont take any supps just on gearz right now and 2 protien shakes a day. I take a multi vitamin and extra vit c. I eat pretty clean just brown rice, whole wheat bread, tuna, grilled chicken, red potato, sweet potato, natty pb, whole wheat cereal, eggs, nonfat Greek yogurt, 1% milk, sometimes whole wheat pasta. What's going on? Should I up cals and protien?
 
It depends on your activity level. Yu may be burning more that your consuming with lifting and work too. Try bumping it 500 cal's a day for a week to see how that helps if still nothing go up another 500 till you start gaining. I personally need almost 5000/ day with my job. If I do 2-3k cal's a day I stall fast. I'm 6'0" 178. I used to be 158 and couldn't gain anything till I found tren :grin:

The simple answer is yes. If you are not gaining, you are not eating enough. Don't be afraid to add more good carbs in too.
