Any advice on pct will also be appreciated...So far i will be using hcg and clomed for pct...What else will i need?

your gonna wanna run an AI while on cycle (i like adex) even if it is at a low dose...
I generally just continue mine all the way through pct some like to use aromasin but I just stay on adex, along with clomid and hcg...
Never had a problem with this protocol during pct.
 
What would be a reasonable goal while on your first cycle?...Could i put an inch on my arms or is that just not possible on 1 cycle?

you are definately going to burn some fat on that much test.
You may say a loss of an inch on your arms.
But much more definition.

My arms are pretty lean now you can see my tricep heads when i flex ....Ill post up some new pics when i start my cycle journal.

Im wanting to put on more muscle while on my cycle not get leaner, thats why ive been cutting now...I just want to add muscle mass on my cycle.

Why did you say that much test like its alot?...Im only gonna do 300mgs a week.

I just told you im posting recent before pics when i start my cycle journal, what dont you understand about that?...Is there a feature to block this hater so i dont have to read all his highjacking hater posts on serious threads?

its possible you're going to lean up on cycle anyway...you're in your 40's right?

being a chick I'm obviously more conservative but I believe in short esters, lower doses and minimal compounds for first cycles
and my thinking behind that is..if you have sides you have a minimal amount of culprits and you're least likely to have side effects


I also threw the other half up on a no no cycle for his first cycle that I would be happy to divulge in pm because I'll honestly get eaten alive for it in here for it..lol
however it was passed along to me by a close friend that was a pro for several years... and just absolutely effin beastly ( I rarely say that about anyone)

NOW this isn't a dig but think long and hard before you run a cycle about your bf% because it basically goes like this

extra bf=lipids
lipids are the foundation of hormones
extra hormones= boobs and not the kind you want

you said your brother ran a cycle I think earlier? if he didn't run into problems and you guys are really similar theres a good chance you'll follow suit BUT, your brother still isn't you ya know?

Great info, im cutting right now and much leaner then any pic of me on this forum...My brother gained 40lbs on his first test cycle of 300mgs a week...I know it was also some water and fat but he looked great!...And still does.
 
yeah...a lot of guys cut up and put on mass and wind up looking bigger even if they weirdly drop weight

or in short, recomp
you guys being dudes and playing with gear makes me jealous *kicks rocks again*

chicks don't get to just have magic stuff happen

considering throwing rocks now too......
 
So would you guys recommend taking my 300mgs of test in 1 shot a week or breaking it into 2- 150mg shots twice a week for more stable levels?
