I have never done one set until failure. I usually do four to six sets. My reps are like: 16,14,12,10 or 10,10,10,10,10,10. If I do only one set to failure, I think I will be able to do up to 20. My worst record was four sets of six reps. I felt like sick old man that day.what is it?
