I have always had an issue with fat around my lower abs(like most women lol) BUT I have been injecting the HGH subq around my lower abs and I already see little improvements..tummy feels tighter, fat feels looser(if that makes sense)

Yes, it does. In addition to systematic lipolysis, GH will also cause lipolysis to occur in the area you administer it. I myself carry more fat around my lower abs as well...two little spots about 2 inches big each. I injected GH into them for 5 months every day and they were totaly gone. Keep in mind thaI was NOT on a fat loss diet and therefore, hadn't lost fat anywhere else on my body...only those 2 areas. It was my first personal experience with GH induced spot reduction. GH is one of very few drugs which is capable of causing significant fat loss at the site of injection. It takes time to notice significant reslts when using low-moderate dosages, buit it will hapen eventually. Obviously, higher dosages get the job done faster.

This is great to hear! I have been reading a lot about this and glad im not going crazy. The first areas of fat I always lose first are my breasts and glutes, then thighs and quads, and last is my tummy(which take a LOONG time). Thats why I thought it was weird that my lower abs were losing fat before everything else. Good to know

Ate like shit this weekend. On friday, I was very sick, It came out of nowhere. I woke up and felt HORRIBLE. I took off friday and saturday because of that. Yesterday I went running and am feeling A LOT better. After I get my school shit done I will kick some ass in the gym and do some serious cardio.
Hands have been hurting a bunch, just falling asleep all the time and super painful when I try to workout. My skin seems to be clearing up a bit but still very oily.

Yesterdays workout: QUADS, CALVES AND BICEPS
Took it easy on the legs but did as much as I could and am sore as hell today! My legs were shaking sooo bad throughout the workout, i liked it! I did leg press, leg ext, some very light squats, calf raises on leg press and standing leg press. BB curl, hammer curls and preacher curl for biceps. Pumps are ridiculous.

Today was SHOULDERS AND TRICEPS:
Started with seated military press, DB lat raise, plate raise and shoulder press. Close grip bench, lying DB extension, and reverse grip cable pushdowns. Shoulders are still burning and wont stop twitching.
Had me some sushi for my post workout meal
Oh and here is my motivation video of the month lol

Awesome workout today, was exhausted for sure! My weight it staying about the same but I seem to be getting leaner..Bumping up the cardio a ton this week.

i have found this^^ to be true for sure..some peeps dont know this and inject into the same spot all the time...then they get this hole and dont know why...it works..and great for lower ab fat stores..

No joke this HGH is causing fat loss in spot where injected. I have always injected the right side of my lower abs more and thats starting to show lol..Looked in the mirror this morning and it almost looked like a golf ball size dent in that area. Will definitely make sure I rotate injection spots more often. Felt super strong yesterday and did some new exercises for triceps since I need some major help in the tricep department.

Chest and shoulders today! Decided to skip on the FST-7 and just do some random stuff. Broke a PR on bench press..just 25lb on each side(95x7 pretty easily), next goal is 115. I have been VERY pleased with my chest development..Its one of my favorite parts to work now!

I woke up today and felt great..like abnormally great lol..I have also noticed that my hair and nails are growing faster than normal and my hair feels much healthier than normal.

Lately it has been better when I am trying to sleep. I havent had to toss and turn 20 times to get somewhat comfortable, so thats a huge relief! It is still really uncomfortable to sit in class every day and it is almost impossible to work legs, mainly squats and leg press. I am taking A LOT of fish oil everyday and also doubled my joint support.
Walked a little more then a mile at the park and going to do 30min on the elliptical before bed
Sorry for the little break from updating. I have been doing circuit training for the past week or so but today is legs and will probably go with FST7 style. Strength is very high lately!
Yesterday I worked legs I got in some sick stiff leg deads, standing leg curls, and extensions. I was doing leg press and my knee started to feel funky so I quit while I was ahead. From there I jumped on the treadmill for a mile and a half.
Today I worked chest and biceps..I went way heavier with pec deck and was really focusing on my inner chest. Then moved on to bench press..I didnt go as heavy but I REALLY focused on bringing the bar to my chest and getting a nice stretch. After 3 sets of pec deck and bench press my front delts were on fire!! But I pushed through it and moved on to incline DB press.
As for arms...I killed them. Started with super heavy DB curls and did a drop set all the way down to 12's and I could barely move them lol..Then did behind the back one arm cable curl and that was some hard shit. Biceps and forearms were so pumped but I finished with 21's w/ ez bar.

Hamstrings are SOO sore! I really am loving this var..staying hard and full all the time! My skin is clearing up which is a HUGE relief
