New member in search of Mass gain advice!!!

Hello to my bros here on the site, I am here to seek some good advice about possibly making the jump to Prohormones for mass gains. ALPHA-1 MAX has caught my attention, I am still perfecting my research on what to look for as far as PH with more than 1 compound and so on, so bare with me. A little info on me



Height : 6'0
Weight : 180lbs ( was 155lbs in 2010 )
BODY Fat% : Don't know
CHEST: 37" WAIST: 36" ARMS: 15"


LIFTING: Workout 3 days a week, been lifting consistently for the past 2 years. was lifting moderate to light weight this past year but all that did was tone me up instead of bulking ,so going back to high weight low reps. Just started high intense strength training at D-1 sports instead of the usual workout at my own pace.


Nutrition : I calculated that I consume 3,215 calories a day, but just started taking in 225 grams of protein a day. Those numbers are supplements and whole foods combined!
Whole foods that I eat daily: oatmeal, salmon filett, 1/2 pound of ground beef, 2boiled eggs, brown rice, Turkey breast sandwich all with 2 slices of whole wheat bread. Every now and then I will throw in a nice Strip steak, my weight gain shake is 1300 cal. And my muscle meal protein is 350 cal., also take Animal Pak multi vita., don't take any creatine products right now but cant take any Pre-workouts because of the caffeine.

my question is do you think if i still sit at 180lbs after diff. workout routines & strength training that i should consider using ALPHA-1 MAX or is there something better for a beginner like me? Because the normal muscle building supps from these vitamin shoppes really dont yield any results.:geewhiz:
 
im thinkin 10weeks of test E will do the trick, all the suppliments from gnc { yeah they somewhat work} but it is gunna take you forever for you to see some sort of results. If you want to see gains since your just starting off just run 500mg test E a week and youll get the results youve been looking for. Eat, train, and rest just like you are for that alpha 1 max shit while running the test and youll be g2g for summer
 
How old are you bro? The alpha-1 is suppose to be some badass shit. Ill be running it as soon as it gets here. And yes as jdub said a test only cycle for ur first is also a good way to go. Check out the sticky first cycle and pct. test e at 500 for 10-12 aromasin 12.5-25mg Ed for the duration of the cycle and pct. pct clomid 100-50-50-50 or Nolva 40-40-20-20. Ill be running the alpha 1 with a high dose test cycle for the first 4 weeks so Ill keep u updated

for your first dip into the ph/ds pool i do NOT recommend Alpha-1..its more then you need or could want...

i do recommend IML's Halo-E..start at 2 caps ed and work your way into 3 caps ed if all is going well..most find 3 caps ed on a first timer as a good sweet spot..

from Halo-E you could look into BSL's Trenabol or IML's M-Sten...and see how you do with those..

of course proper PCT and cycle support..IML ACS advanced cycle support is a must for sure..

Do yourself a favor and just do Test E 500mg for 10 weeks with Aromasin 12.5-25mg ED and a proper PCT. Youll thank me. I wish I wouldve listened and never wasted time with PH's but live and learn.

If its your first cycle, start taking an immunity booster and go easy on the weights. Seems like alot of people either get sick or get excited over the strength increase and go way too heavy and injure themselves.

Ok I will definintly be interested to see how it turns out. And I forgot to put my age in my post, I am 27.

If youve never done aas. Your best bet would be test only to start with. When you add 3 compounds at once and you get side effects you wont know which one caused it. Read the firts cycle sticky as mentioned above

Why even think about aromasin in this cycle ?

Its only test ok. Use the test alone and see how you react to it. Good to have some aromasin,adex or nolva in hand but no need to take it ed. I can use 1,5g test aw with out having any sides at all. Ok some water retention but thats how it is. Keep your diet spot on and do your cardio and your good to go.

Take your daily multivits and vit-c and you schould be good to go.... Back in the day i did get sick all the time in week 2-3 from using gear. But now days i feel nothing. Number one is to learn your body. And when you feel down just take 3-4 days away from the gym and you should be good to go. We all get low imune system from using gear. So do go light on the weights was new to me :)

So just cause you have no sides you shouldnt take an ai? Not good advice bro. I was running 900mg test a week and 25mg aromasin ed only to find out the aro was bunk. I had no sides but my estro was over 300. Just cause you dont have sides doesnt mean you shouldnt run an ai. The more you keep your estro in check the more free test you will have.

I only use a AI if i am bloated or have lumps/gyno. AI will block some of the effect from the gear. And its good to have some estrogen in the body. Now thinking about strength. Blocking this you you wont have the same drive. Know some guys saying that its good to use a AI during the cycle. But i not agree to this if you not need it.
 
I agree that having some estro in the body is a good thing. I try to keep my estro in the 20's. Same level as if i was not on cycle. If your worried about crushing your estrogen levels with an ai heavy iron has already shown data proving that its almost impossible to do.
 
I know everyone says start with Test E, but would it be ok if I ran Test susp. instead? Test susp provides more mass gain vs Test E right?:thinking:
 
test e is awesome, less pinning and stay in your system longer. I prefer less pins, alot easier to keep track of

I agree to this. Unless your a freak and love to pin ur self. Keep things easy on your first cycle. Ang go for enan,cyp or sust forex. Some might say u have to pin sust eod to get the benefits from the short esters thats in it. But if u pin sust 2 times aw ur good to go. My first cycle was test e. I was bloated but did gain 15kg's in 6 weeks :-)

Suspension is best used as a prework out boost. I use it on chest and leg days for a little extra something. I would not recomend anything but test enth or test cyp for a first cycle as others have already stated.
 
Ok bros I am back with an update and in need for some input! When I first made this post I was in the process of reconstructing my bulk cycle to see if I could squeeze some gains out before considering making the transition to the dark side. Now on May 9 my measurements were 180 lbs CHEST: 37" Waist: 36" Arms: 15" my daily calorie intake was around 3,200 calories and my protein intake was about 225 grams per day (whole foods & supplements combined). So after that week I up the calories to about 3,500 and I was taking Animal Pak for vit. But I switched to ON Optimen vitamins and kept taking whey isolate Post workout, but this time I started taking Green Mag creatine Pre-workout and blasted my upper-body 3 times a week for about 4 weeks strong with much focus on my arms. so now as of today my measurements are 185lbs CHEST: 37.5" Waist: 36" Arms: (2 cms away from 16"!!!!) Now I like the improvements, but I still have That inner thought about trying gear for the first time to see if the gains would be even greater! So my question to you my peeps is Should I just keep putting boots to ass and keep training hard to try and squeeze the life out of these natural gains or if I decide to finally make the jump to the dark side, do you think it would be a disadvantage right now being I don't know what my natural potential could be? :thinking:
