How much do you guys make?

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
It really doesn't matter how much you make, it's how smart you are with your money.
So what you're saying is that I should stop buying those GMP Kosher gearz?

no because the more jacked you are the higher chances a rich divorced cougar will want to support you.. thats an investment. But I agree with XYZ when i was 60k in debt at 22 i had a huge wake up call. Non opt my car to save on insurance and bought a beater car that was 20$ a month to insure, my mustang was 300 at the time and just pinched every penny to get it paid off in 2 years. One thing I never did change stop was my investing. I have been investing in misl things since i was 18. TSP, Gold, Silver, and now our company 401k. I used gold and silver as short term stuff. Invest 5k make 3k back in a year and then pay off more debt or buy car parts.

Being smart with your money is a big thing that people dont do. When I was 23, I had a 2005 mustang and 30k of modifications, 10k invested in a 300 gallon salt water tank, more 300$ jeans then most girls, and a bar tab that would give people a heart attack. It was all on credit and loans. This how i learned my lesson.

This is how bad I was when I was younger. We were at a bar one night partying and my bank account got over drafted so it was denied, my bank had 24 hour loan services... I called up got a 500$ loan and spent it all that night just on partying and buying bottles for girls. I had a huge perception that I was loaded beyond belief, but I was more broke then the homeless guy on the corner. The Navy gave me 2 years to fix my debt to income or I would lose my TS/SCI Clearance and be force converted to a BM2 which means in charge of chipping paint and babysitting new guys in the navy.

I love the town I'm in. But it's expensive as fuck. Even in today's market, if I wanted to stop renting I am looking at over 400k for a livable place. We're talking 2 bed one bath, that's not a piece of shit mess/needing work etc. average household income is 105k, average home value is almost 600k. Great to live in a decent area, but I feel like home ownership is unattainable here :(

I hear they have some cheap real estate in Newark and Camden. And the midwest is always here for ya bud.

I've been thinking of investing in bitcoins. Smart move? Also, when you invest in gold, do they send you a brick of gold in the mail or just a certificate saying you own this much in gold. Serious question I've never had a portfolio.

The gold depends on how you buy it. You have to be careful. Some places send you a certificate, some send actual gold and some sell it to you and hold it in a vault then when you want it they'll ship it to you for a charge. Check out bullionvault.com and bulliondirect.com those are both reputable companies I have dealt with for silver but they sell all kinds of precious metals.

I can't comment on the bitcoins. Sounds like a fad to me but I could be wrong

Made 40K last year wife made 45K.....And I still spend more then she does....I wonder if she is aware of this???....Oh shit....

Everyone has to have a vice, if you don't you're kind of worthless. If that's yours.........................awesome.

Welcome back as well, plan on sticking around for a little while?

I did gold back in 2006 and it was funny I just got a singing bonus from the navy and every day i heard invest in gold on this radio show so i figured it was a fad. So i figured what the hell and did it. Best choice ever. In 2006 i probably made 4x what I put in by 2008. I bought coins, looked for jewellery that people were trying to sale that was cheaper then market. Spent allot of time on craigslist looking for people saling jewellery below market value, then i would buy it hold on to it sale it and buy more gold. Then when gold stopped producing thats when silver went up.

I dont know much about bitcoins, i havent done investing like i use to in the past, i am going more towards property and land now. I want to buy country land and hold on to it, farm it and wait for housing or commercial business whats it and make money. My father in law and I are buying up allot of land at the edge of town. Once the economy flips to fill steam this land value will become very valuable because its the only place they can build.

I was looking at industry stocks and they seemed to be doing good as well. I know last year my TSP for my high risk made me 18%.

Stop trying to find instant wealth, it isn't going to happen unless you win the lottery and I mean the big one.

You need to first have enough saved up to be able to pay for at minimum 3 months without a job. I assume you have no disability income insurance? If so good for you, if not your most powerful asset right now is your ability to earn an income. Without that, you're screwed.

Once that has been accomplished, start saving 20% of all of your take home pay, it will add up quick. Invest in the market with high risk / reward type of funds/stocks as you have time to ride out the highs and lows of the market.

If you do this for 20 years, you'll be shocked at what you'll have at the end of the day.

Keep posting stuff like this and I might have to start repping you instead of the opposite, but your pedo thread about a ten year old was just the last straw for me along with the whole smack thing going on. I'll now put it all behind us so you can move forward.
