Run N Gun Cycling Part II - Standard Donkey Edition

Well in a reply to an article I wrote up a year or so ago, Standard Donkey Had mentioned that the introduction of Slin/GH/Peps alongside this protocol could really compliment this style of cycling both through the Blasts and Cruises. I agree.

In short, The goal here is to run short esters for 5-6 weeks, coupled by an oral or 2, Cruise for 5-6 weeks and repeat either the same cycle as the first, or change it up a bit. This ensures Myostatin levels do not reach the point of hindrance, and allows you to get the most out of your cycle, instead of running a long drawn out cycle, where gains would start stalling at about week 9. You would break up your cycle, into 2 parts with higher doses.

A quick example of a basic Run N Gun would be
1-PCT or TRT - Test E 250mg/wk
1-6 Test Prop 50mg/ed
1-6 Tren Ace 75-100/ed
1-6 Dbol 30mg/ed
1-6 Drol 50mg/ed
1-6 Aromasin 25mg/ed
1-6 Caber .5mg Twice Weekly

Cruise 6 weeks
Repeat, or Choose new compounds and go again. After your second run you can discontinue the TRT dose of test and PCT, or just cruise for 6-10 weeks and you?re ready to go again.

Now for the Donkey inspired Method.
Here we are going to utilize the natural increase in IGF levels while on AAS, by incorporating SLIN/HGH/Peptides during our Blasts and Cruise.

I will be using My Slin/HGH/Peptide protocol as the base for this example with the timings for maximum benefit. XYZ, & Victor both helped me tremendously when I built this protocol over a year ago, I did adjust it a bit to fit my likes and dislikes. Of course everyone has their own ways of running these that work for them, this is one way. It has been very great to me.

First Step - Design your Blasts

Here's my personal favorite

1-6 Test Prop 50mg/ed
1-6 Mast Prop 100mg/ed
1-6 Tren Ace 75 ? 100mg/ed
1-6 Dbol 30mg/ed

Cruise 6 weeks

Repeat or change up the compounds.


Second Step - Slin/GH/Peptide Protocol for both blasts and cruises.


4 Day Per Week Workout Split :

Workout Days : @ 1:30pm

Pre Workout:

150mcg IGF LR3 Sub Q @ 11:00 AM
10iu Humalog @ 1:00 PM
300mcg DES Bi Lat IM @ 1:20 PM

Post Workout:
300mcg MGF Bi Lat @ 2:30 PM
10iu HGH IM @ 2:45 PM
150mcg LR3 Sub Q @ 3:10 PM
5iu Humalog @ 5:00 PM

Non Workout Days :

5iu HGH SubQ @ 8:00 AM
400mcg Peg MGF SubQ @ 12:00 PM
GHRP-2 - 200mcg & Mod-GRF - 150mcg @ 6:0PM


Being that I pin IGF-LR3 only 4 times per week, and Peg MGF on the off days, it enables me to run them longer before desensitization occurs.

During Your Cruise: - Before the Next Blast
I Drop the Slin, and just use GH, & GHRP-GHRH
Workout Days : @ 1:30pm

Pre Workout:
150 GHRP-2 - 150 Mod-GRF 8:00 am
5iu HGH SubQ - 8:30 AM

150 GHRP-2 - 150 Mod-GRF @ 12:30pm

Post Workout:
150 GHRP-2 - 150 Mod-GRF @ 3:00pm
5iu HGH IM @ 3:30pm



Non Workout Days:
150 GHRP-2 - 150 Mod-GRF 8:00 am
5iu HGH SubQ @ 8:30 AM
150 GHRP-2 - 150 Mod-GRF @ 12:00 pm
150 GHRP-2 - 150 Mod-GRF @ 6:00pm



Conclusion: This method can provide some serious gains alongside the right diet. Keeping myostatin levels at bay, ensuring nothing biologically stands in your way of growth.

The addition of T3 while not mentioned here can also help keep fat at bay while helping partition your macro?s, complementing the GH, Peptides and AAS I like 50-75mcg daily.

Man, we really need to conjure a way to get you some peptides and Hgh.

Victor and xyz helped me tremendously a year or so ago putting this together. After trying so many protocols, this was so effective in terms of site specific growth, increase IGF levels at the perfect times, as well as the insulin spikes when you need it most.

I can go on about meal timing in correlation to inducing lipolysis, and how to maximize those results.

Cool read....I'm a big advocate of the "in..out...in..out.." method....blast drugs are very similar...along with peptides etc..

the key to gaining true size, is learning how to maintain gains during cruise phases.. sadly, our bodies become resistant to high doses of aas for numerous reasons (myostatin, cortisol etc.), including proliferation of AR, which requires the systematic increase of doses in order to maximize anabolism and gain at the same rate as with lower doses..(the longer you are on, and the more you gain the more aas you have to use in order to see gains) I don't want to be running 4g+ aas/week. I made the mistake of not cruising for... shit well.. almost a year :coffee: so I think it's pretty safe to say that my body is somewhat desensitized to aas (myostatin/cortisol increase, etc.), so im about 5 days in on a cruise (200mg/prop/week) for the next 6 or so weeks. on lifting days (4-5 days a week) im using humalin R 2x/day. 7iu with first meal, and 7iu with post workout meal + 10iu Humalog pre-workout. I use 5iu hgh each morning.
 
my next blast will look something like... 200mg test prop/ED 100mg tren A/ED for 8 weeks, +5iu hgh and humalin R/Humalog for 4 of those 8 weeks. and then cruise for 6 and repeat

I like it. Cycling this way imo is the most effective and cost efficient way to run.

I would use igf1 DES if I knew for sure the source was legit.. but that has been the problem.. a lot of fake stuff floating around out there, whereas quality gear and insulin are pretty easy to find

True, Peptides are hit or miss these days, but there was a nice mass spec done on PP's DES that look really good. Maybe a sign of things to look forward to?

For real, Lou has made some incredible gains in 9 months. I know he wont publically. Say what he uses, but if his peps are indicative to his recent growth, and that great mass spec. I have to list PP back on the top for peps.
 
I would probably love to do these pep and gh and slin but because I'm sensitive and people have alway's imo treated me like I'm a freak cause yeah I been doing deads squats and incline bench's and bent rows and wide chin ups and that's the only things I do and heavy with form but over the years eating to gain always and I'm as thick and truely lean and thick as I can stand to be and still work a full time job and have family friends and so on. I look at some pro's and think thier small in some area's that is how I feel. I can't run tren cause then I feel like a gorilla loose on the streets and it scares people when I don't want them to be scared of me.Lol I believe some of yall can relate. I think lots guys use aas and dont know how to train for size and eat on spot like a job so they wont get very big no matter how much gears they take. Ahh I geuss I'm just jelious cause I'm not getting to use those things too if the truth be told.
 
Not many guys are as big as you claim. Any many guys will doubt you unless you post up pics ;)

Purchase Peptides has correct DES at the moment.

I am currently in the same situtaion you were in. Doing high test and higher tren for a long time. Did you just take the 6 week cruise then into another 6 week blast? Or did you do something different?

My concern is going from a high dose of test and high tren to 250 mg test per week for 6 weeks and no tren for 6 weeks.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

Cruising for 6 weeks after your 6 week blast will allow your bodies myostatin levels to normalize, giving you the best chance for continued growth on your next blast.

Where's the guy that is bigger then life's pics....I'm not letting him off the hook..

PP DES is the only one I have seen that actually tested well...I feel SD's concern...there has def been some bogus DES around over the last few years..
