Hello my name is steve.I enjoy long walks on the Beach,cuddling,holding hands,and abusing some good old uncle z gear.I will do a 10 week blast of test e 750mg
Deca 500 mg
Clen 100mg
Some var week 5-10
I'm 210 5'10 and looking to put on clean lbm.I know I said I would run deca and tren together but since I been a pussy and never ran deca before because scared of deca dick I decided to give it a try alone.

Squats today I mean legs.I will update when I get time tomorrow its been a long day just getting home from the gym.I do notice for the first time ever I'm breaking out bad with acne.My back exploded is this normal with deca?

my back was so pumped at this point cardio was not a option.I hope I can get my cardio in this evening.
 
Subbed Steve - Acnedren will sort your acne issue out.

Also might want to consider pulling your deca dose back to 400mg - for a lot of ppl sides kick in above 400mg

Been experiencing bad back pumps.I need to get to gnc to get some taurine ASAP.The clen is strong as fuck.I have to start taking it right before I'm pass out at night or else I feel cracked out at work lol.

I have a new rule I would like to enforce at imf... in all undie poses...you must work up a moderate chub before posing. This a resonable request I think.

Looking pretty lean and mean. What are you trying to get to 230?

Taking in 6 meals a day.I feel I could eat every 20 min on this stuff.I guess I have get a little blubbed to gain that much mass.I hate going over 15 % bf do you think its possible to gain that much and stay leanish?

You won't stay lean on slin, and you need to seriously have your shit together. There's a couple of good threads around - do a lot of homework on that one bro

Cause slin is cheap and easy to get in Aus, a lot of serious guys use it to bridge between cycles here - it's a good idea

I think I'm gaining weight to fast and putting on a little fat.I need to clean my diet up I have been eating ungodly amounts of food and already up 7 lbs
