I can sympathize with you, I wrenched my rotator cuff awhile back. I was beside myself thinking about what I couldn't do in the gym until it healed. Can I say life was sucking.

I understand based on your posts that your significant other is not taking proper care of you.
It's at times like that that you need to be extra careful that you don't break something when pounding really hard out of frustration on your 'private parts' with vibrators or fist insertions.
Next time maybe try a different vibrator or fist insertion technique and keep your fingers tightly clinched together.
