Not for the faint of heart....my cycle for my show!!! Get on it!!!

I know what you mean man, last time I did heavy deads I had to sit down afterwards I got real dizzy and light headed. My problem is I take 15-30 sec breaks between sets, something like deads needs a longer break.

yeh i normally do the 3-5min break, but with my show coming up, everythign is 30seconds

I was just relaxing in the kitchen and noticed this. this was well long after the gym by about 6hrs

This is the first cycle I've ran tren and mast together and it's definitely another level of GROWTH!

It's all the EP line from Z as well...

Yea like 3-5 minutes with heavy weight.My back would pump up so much with 30 second break I would have be carried out the gym lol

I know I get those crazy pumps, then I really have to sit down cuz I can barely walk straight!

I try to rest for longer but idk I can't...I'm impatient, literally my only rest time is changing the weight or getting a sip of water maybe. I know this hurts my strength gains considerable but all I care about is the pump, that's what I go after.

dude, same here. i seriously have to bust out my stop watch and force myself sometimes to pipe it down a notch.
 
Just got home from the emergency room,so my log for today's arm workout will be uploaded tomorrow morning!!!

SEPTEMBER 8TH
(was in ER at around 9pm due to my stomach ulcerative colitis so pardon me if my log is short and to the point today, seeings as i feel like whale shit)

today i decided to train arms in an unusual way, seeings as they are large enough. I really needed to do super sets and tri sets.
For starters, i didn't fluctuate the weight, i just stuck with for the most part, the same weight but for more reps, closer to 21 then 15.
Up first was me standing with my back to the wall with the ez curl bar at 80lbs. I super setted this with bent over single arm hammer curls with the 30lb dumbbell. I did both exercises for 21 reps. after both sets were complete, I would take a 30second break and go for round two. I wound up doing 5sets of these and wow, the pump right off the bat was insane.
Next super set was seated preacher curl machine and standing isolated rope "curls" while keeping my elbows back focusing on just the peak. I forget what weight i had both set at but it wasnt super heavy nor super light, just right. lol. I did both for 5 sets of 18 with only a 30second "pause" between super sets. I finished biceps with my favorite exercise, ive uploaded pics of it before, but i finally think i have a way to describe it. think front double bicep pose but with cables. I did 5sets of 21 with the weight somewhat light where i made super sure to squeeze each rep and take a second pause at the peak.Totally Fries your biceps for a freakin great final exercise.

Next order of biz was triceps. I found myself an incline bench, grabbed 100lb ez curl bar and brought it over to the cable area. This is where my Tri set came in. i did 15 reps with incline skull crushers then elbows back, posture straight with slight bend at the knees, triangle push down, then same stance, but rope pull down. These, i stuck with 21 reps. i did 4sets total with only a 30sec break after all three sets complete. At this point, i was wanting to throw my arms away lol, the pump was that excruciating.
As much as i would love to just grow grow grow my arms, i realize in physique, i CANNOT. My arms are still flexed pushing 20 inches and i have already been given the talking to, by my coach on not letting them get any bigger. I prob will be one of the heavier guys on stage. but at 3%, ill be shredded as a mad man. Since its a high level national qualifier, I do hope there are some other bigger dudes, like the size of the IFBB physique just so im not the odd ball sticking out. Granted, i do want to stick out, but not in a bad way. I will say, my abs this AM (SEPT 9) were lookin SUPER SHREDDED after my hospital run last night (SEPT 8). I definitely think come thursday with body fat check, i will be down AT LEAST 1% if not more. Im not complaining. I have to look for the silver lining in things.... at least im not trying to bulk for a show lol. If that were the case, I wouldnt be so uppidy right now. haha. Granted, im on pain meds so my pain is gone and I feel rather jovial. I woke up this AM and saw the weirdest line of veins running up my stomach and down my legs. Lord knows my arms are vascular as hell, but now my abs are too. Lets hope it stays this way. I attribute these veins to my colitis episode last night and EP TREN AND MASTERON and Zs BLUE TOP HGH. Hands down the best Ive EVER ran. Coach came by the house this AM to check on me and in his twisted mind i 'spose, see how lean i was after last night. He thinks I will have no problem placing for nationals which is only a few weeks after this show im doing. Hearing that brought a sense of euphoria over me since this is all Ive wanted!!!!
Im gonna lay down now and rest up between meals. Hope you guys have a great day!! (TODAY IS MY OFF DAY, I WILL UPDATE TOMORROW AFTER WORKOUT!!)

Dam brother I fight bouts of colitis on and off.It kills your gains and really sets you back.
 
BACK INTO THE GYM TODAY. This illness has had me in bed and the only exercises ive managed were flutter kicks and abs. needless to say, my abs and obliques are vascuarly insane. back is still wide as hell and arms havent shrunk. Will give my normal detailed log toight after the gym tonight!!! wish me luck!

I'm not gone OTG, but I haven't been able to get in contact with Jon either. I am so busy! Thats why you haven't seen me around as much. I am going to be around more again and make sure it stays that way.
 
The gear I am taking is a follows: 100mg test prop ED, 100mg Masteron ED, 100mg Tren Ace ED and 4iu of HGH ED.

Faint of heart? If my hairline had a heart it would need to be shocked back into rhythm.

My widows peak just moved back a good inch just looking at this shit.
