Hey guys first post here.

5'11
190
15%bodyfat
23 years old

was on trt for a year after not recovering from a years worth of cycles. Basically did three cycles ina. Year finishing with tren and didn't recover.

was on 80-100mgs cup a week and hcg for first 8 months of trt

anyways I got off back march 1st and did scallys power pct
hcg
thenclomid and nolva

numbers came up buy not as much as they normally do, ended pct with a 600 test level as opposed to a 900-1000.

anyways last blood work I had I took another week of clomid
900 total T
SHBG 105(15-50) High
leaving me no free test 7(9-20)

want to do another restart as I don't want to be on trt so young considering my thyroid is healthy and I don't have sleep apnea.

want to use totem instead of clomid along with bolva as I get extreme sides from clomid and it elevates the crap put of my shbg along with aromassn too keep SHBG down during this recovery.

thinking
hcg 2000iu EoD for 10 shots
or HMG alongside aromasin 12.5mg eod

then
torem
120/90/60/60/60/60
Nolva
20 for 6-8 weeks

wondering if its okay to

2000iu a day for 10 days....

Never heard of a protocol that heavy.

Normal is 2000iu day 1, 1000iu day 2, then 500iu for 8-10 days. Something like that.

well scally suggests it inhis powerpct. But im open to suggestions that's the

600 test level is generally not considered low T(every doc is different though).

Did you get your natural testosterone tested before you cycled? If not how would you know you were at 900-1000 naturally(that's the higher end of normal not the average)?

How long after you stopped taking Clomid did you get that 900 number(clomid raises your testosterone)?

Bottom line looking at what you wrote.... IMHO your recovered. My natural test level is 152.... 600 would be a dream come true.:daydream:

I had the bloods taken 2 weeks after taking clomid again for about 2 weeks. I know it was too soon but I just wanted some numbers.

Well I finished PCT with a test level of 600, but as most know once the SERMS leave the system numbers tend to fall down, and mine fell after 2 months
Total T 450
Free T 7(9-20)
SHBG 105(15-50)

leaving me with no free T and every symptom of low T. Can't really even get an erection 8 months later now.

On the contrary though I never had high test levels, I was a late bloomer and am just getting some facial hair now at 23. I'm caucasian candaian.
Anywho the first lab I had done after a pro hormone my total t was around 450 but I had some free test back then because my SHBG was only 19(15-55).
I know I messed myself starting AAS so young especially being a late bloomer, just trying to get things back on track.

My SHBG always tends to sky rocket in pct, due to serms I assume which always leaves me with no free test. Believe me if I could even get a 500 Total T and normal SHBG I could function and be happy, I never needed to be at the top of the range to do what I need to do.

The kind of stuff your talking about should be done with a physicians help. An honestly I would want to do with my doctor. I'm not saying just do what ever your doc says though. I would get all the info I could find on the internet for the drugs you are talking about. Have questions and studies ready before the visit.

My preference would be trt. I hate that feeling of low T(hard to freaking get up in the morning and forget about sex) and don't mind pinning. I did several runs of clomid and hcg with my doc and after it was all said and done I wish I had just started trt instead. Never tried torem though.

Im sorry hopefully some one else can help you with you restart protocol.

I wish I could find a knowledgeable and informed physician, but as most know it's very hard to find a good doc. Let alone one that know's anything about restart.

I think I've decided on

HCG 1000iu E3D for 15 shots alongside 12.5mg aromasin for ~a month then another week of aromasin and start SERMS

then

my total t is 450 and my free t isn't even on the range7(9-20). I'm more worried about the symptoms but at my age and taking care of myself I should be above 400... I've already tried lifestyle improvements so unless you guys think 400 is healthy for a 23 year old.

In the long term, if it doesn't straighten out after a few months, I would definitely be concerned. According to the following data sets you're somewhere in the bottom 10th percentile for your age group, and your level is equivalent to the *average* level of the 75-84 yr-olds. In fact you're not quite at their average level.

At 45, my "natty" level is 500 and I have most of the low T symptoms. Doubling it fixes it.

Stop doing drugs and let your HPTA level out for a few months.

you think its better for me to just wait it out then too try another pct huh. I don't really wee the harm in trying.
I do have a doc appointment on 10 days with a urologist and I'm going to getbloodworkandwork with hi
