I hear that. During my greatest "growth period" at work I had a healthy balance. Gym 1.5 hours a day meals 1 hr a day forums/social media 1hr a day, bullshitting 30m a day, work 4 hours a day. Exceeded all goals, bonuses and got employee of the year. Lol
