-Have Mexicans fund a wall on US border (US taxpayers are paying for it--Trump lied)

No he stills plans to have Mexico pay for it indirectly. If you ever listened to his speeches when he was running he said they would pay for it one way or another.

It was completely constitutional. The judge from Hawaii that rejected it said he rejected because of things Trump said while campaigning.
