If I am not in control of my sleep, then my feeling during the day is much worse than when I sleep by schedule. It is very difficult for me to get used to healthy sleeping, but the effort is worth it. I envy the people who follow the regime easily. How are you doing with this?:thinking:

It gets much worse as you age.. I'm lucky if I get 6.5 hours

Is that enough for you to feel normal during the day?

It's been so long I'm not sure if what I feel is normal or a bit tired.. As you age, those things get all jumbled up, you feel tired more often, takes longer to recover, but sleep less, is it age or not enough sleep? I dunno.. I'd like to sleep longer, but after 6 hours my back gets real stiff and sore and I have to get up and move around, moving releases it and it feels OK after 20 minutes or so. Just don't get old and you won't need to worry about it! LOL

I'm getting about 6hrs on average, I definitely feel run down and tired. Wish I could get 8. Sometimes I get 7 and sometimes only 5, the difference in how I feel between the two is dramatic!!

Try to sleep always the same amount of time. Even if it takes 6-7 hours, your body will get used to it and it will be better. And when you sleep for different amounts of time, then the fewer hours you get, the worse you will feel.
