    Listen too your body, it will tell you when it needs a down day. Stay active and stay strong.

    Your training anyways so why not all the types of muscle fibers...I mean it can only make you stronger.. right?

    It has too burn too grow so take option 2:thumb: Never lock out at the top way too much stress on the knees.
