    Great thread, I think this is part of my issue as well, most of my water consumption is at meals with vitamins and to help break down the food I consume and intra workout with my supps. I feel so bloated during this time..

    Another thing is I don't always listen to my body. When I'm tired I attempt to take a nap which does no justice, and go to the gym anyway. If I have absolutely no energy and can't sleep I don't go, like today. I focus on working out on the same exact days and it doesn't work that way.

    Having frequent sex increases testosterone as opposed to ejaculating 1-3 times per week which would take a lot longer for your test to be replenished. Ejaculation does have it's vitamins and minerals such as water & zinc which you should be getting in constantly through diet and supps.
