i mix it up alot. i do dead lift occasionally. i love barbell row and one arm dumbell row. any row im down with. i do all the right stuff and everything building except my middle traps
i have really thick lats and huge upper traps but my middle traps just arnt coming in like the rest of my back. any ideas to put a new shock to try and thicken them up. im advanced at lifting but i need something out of the ordinary i think. any advice tips or comments would b appreciated

what works for me if i get heated to quick is pull out and change the position real quick. gives it time to chill the fuck out so you can just keep on going.
