i haven't been here for awhile , but i used to be an avid visitor.. anyways few months ago i apparently tore my TFCC (triangular fibrocartilge complex).. thus i had to get surgery and now i can't really lift weights for a period of 2-3 months and thus my body shape is losing its...
i probably over train my biceps.. but i do about 12 sets a week of pure biceps.
during chest day i do 3 sets of barbell curls, and 3 sets of preacher curls
on shoulder day i do about 3 sets of curls lying on incline bench, and 3 sets of hammer curls or 3 sets of preacher curls.
should i cut...
so i hear that strength can be increased by doing isometeric excerises.. but not size of muscle. --- can i for example do some type of isometeric excerises for chest to increase the strength, then go back to routine to increase the weight??

well i know what i need to do but i am sometimes under extreme pressures (i am in dental school) so sometimes when the stress levels increase i need to cheat. for this reason i don't try to follow a strict diet but just go with the flow and try to not eat something unnecessarly...
