    ideally cardio is done only on non weight-lifting days. but 4-8 hours from (before or after) your workout is good too. the amount is up to you.

    abs are an interesting muscle like calves, forearms, and to some extent the anterior delts ( can u believe some 'experienced' 60 year old trainer referred to the rear or posterior delts as anterior ? know your terms before you use em folks ) because they get involved in just about every exercise...

    imho any type of diet plan works, wether for gaining or cutting, what works best depends on the individual, as some may benefit from doing an hour and above every other day, while others may only need 30 mins 3 times a week or so at low pace.

    hmm, eat simple carbs only when u wake up and pre- and post-workout the rest gets complicated if you have no previous knowledge.

    Ive always had the idea that as long as you eat healthy, eat grains, oatmeal pre-workout or for breakfast regularly, youll be fine for fibre. Besides the fact that its main function is served just as well by ample amounts of water

    good facts there, dietary cholesterol only raises serum cholesterol slightly, after a few hours no effect remains.
