    Over training?

    I would so something like do your upper body one day, and your lower the next, if you are going to do a whole body workout. It just seems like doing your whole body would be a little much, but that is just my opinion.

    I dont really think that it is a steroid like you are thinking. If I am correct it is a cortisteroid, which can actually have an adverse affect on your muscle, I think it is just synthetic adrenal. I could be wrong though.

    Two leggy questions

    for the hamstring curls, it starts at my ankle, and rolls to my hams, that way I can do the whole range of motion. if i dont, then the pad rolls into the joint and I can only do a partial rep.

    that doesnt really seem like a power lift, they arent doing the lift right. they dont go down as far as they are supposed to, and they use their legs to change the angle of the bench to make it easier, and not only that, they get momentum from thrusting their hips like that. more like, NO...

    Do you do anything while at work?

    I do some push ups off of the host stand at applebees when i work. Also, when I bus tables, I do bicep curls (very partial) with the plates as I am taking them back to the kitchen :D
