    olive oil is good for extra cals too, just throw a spoon full in a protein shake or on a salad, and like the others said, eggs, peanut butter, mayo, sausages, and a lot of people have had success with a half gallon of chocolate milk a day.

    yeah you cant spot reduce fat, your body will pull it from wherever your genetically inclined to pull it from, just keep eating right and doing compound lifts. deadlifts, squats, bench, and military press. make sure to start light on deadlifts until you get your form down.

    :winkfinger: 3 hours a week for weightlifting is plenty for weight loss. losing weight is all about diet. You really just lift weights to hang on to the muscle while you are in a deficit. look into a push/pull/legs routine.

    if you want to bulk you need calories. milk, boiled eggs, peanut butter, and olive oil are all very easy to get. just look for things like this that are high in cals and stock them up.

    i work out 3 days a week, push/pull/legs, and i love it.. my biceps get an ass kicking during pull, and my triceps get it on push, no need to isolate really in my opinion, if you wanna grow you gotta eat and eat and rest

    i have the same problem, i wake up at night craving cereal like a mother fucker.. dunno why, but i find it helps if i save one of my meals and eat it right before bed, try eating some protein and fat before bed, like a couple eggs or something
