I'm considering picking up a 3-month supply just to try it out. It's about $200 and if it helps me feel better and gives me more energy then it's more than worth it.
Has anyone out there tried any of the natural growth hormone releasers? I've been hearing about a product called GHR1000, as well as a few others, and they sound interesting.
Thoughts?
Thanks for the info Katt. I actually try to workout first thing in the morning. I'll get up and have a glass of apple juice to get my body going then take some supplements (fat burner/ energy). After I workout I'll have meal one.
I know that meal should be larger but I'm at work by then and...
Right. I was actually thinking around 2200 calories a day. Like I said, I'm not great at calorie counting so I don't have totals. My last attempt is at home but it was generally something like this:
Meal 1
Half whole-wheat bagel with margarine and PB
1 glass skim milk
yogurt (occassionally)...
Well after reading the Diet thread and seeing how cruel people can still be I was a little afraid to post this thread but nothing ventured, nothing gained.
I enjoy working out and like pushing myself during weight training very much. I never have any problems getting up in the morning and...
Well I finally decided to log back in to this site and give it another shot. Apparently my last visit was 09-16-2004. Things were different back then....'newbies' weren't welcomed very quickly and almost nobody in these forums gave out encouraging advice or support.
Hopefully things have...
Man....I've been off for a week with a bad lower back injury. Have to visit a physiotherapist soon. I've worked out a schedule that will allow me to do cardio twice a day 4 days a week and once a day 2 days a week, with one day of rest.
Main goal: lose as much excess fat as possible before...
What's a guy gotta type to get some comments in his journal>
You just wait! By this time next year I'll be a hunking mass of muscle, then I'll get some respect.
Got back to hitting the gym the last few days and I'm finding it a bit easier to get up at 5:30 to workout before work. I've increased my protein intake as I felt awfully hungry last week after cutting down on my carbs. I still eat too many carbs than I probably should but not near as much as I...
Great work on the training so far man! I agree with you, eating low carb leaves me starving too! I never realized how much I craved carbs until I started cutting out a lot of them.
Keep up the good work!
Had an ok weekend. Didn't get to the gym though as we were visiting my sister and her family. No big deal...I'm still recovering from working so much and going to school. Cutting down on carbs is tough! I've spoken to a few people that tried the Atkins diet and they told me that the first 2...
I had another good cardio workout this morning. I'm feeling a bit tired but I know my body will get used to the early morning workouts eventually.
I can't beleive how much my body craves carbs. Since I've reduced the amount of carbs I take in it's all I can do to keep myself from snacking on...
