Well after reading the Diet thread and seeing how cruel people can still be I was a little afraid to post this thread but nothing ventured, nothing gained.
I enjoy working out and like pushing myself during weight training very much. I never have any problems getting up in the morning and going to my gym either. My problem is my eating. Quite frankly I suck at counting calories or understanding when I should eat what types of foods. I am open to any and all advice that is given and yes, a little help in designing a proper meal plan would be nice but I don't expect anyone to tell me exactly what I should eat. I figure I should eat around 1800 - 2000 calories a day if I want to lose weight but I'm open to other suggestions on that as well.
I'm 6'1", 260lbs with a large frame. I do have some good muscle underneath my bodyfat but would guess at this point that I am about 34% bodyfat.
Please would someone help me out?
