    For my home gym

    "Head supported bent over rows" takes the pressure off the lower back. Also you might want to place a folded towel or sweat shirt on the elevated portion of the bench to keep your forehead alttle more comfortable. Also this exercise allows the trainee to be darn near parallel to the floor.

    You have a very nice gym, alittle crowded, just like mine. Everything close together makes for smooth transitions from one exercise to the other.     Super slow reps builds muscle?

    I sometimes like closing my eyes while doing some lifts, and concentrate on the muscles being worked, and also try to make each rep from begining to end be as smoothly executed as possible. Smooth fluid movements.

    Smoking is bad habit. Try smoking a joint while doing 20 rep squats.
