    How long does it take to process fat?

    This isn't a bodybuilding question really. How long does fat take to get broken down and into your system? I ate a weed cookie one day (it was wierd i wont do it again... i dont smoke either) but i was really suprised I could feel the effects after ~1 hr and they lasted for like 6 hrs...

    Hills = leg workout?

    how equivalent is doing hill sets on a bike to a quad based exercise ie/ leg press? (even though I like squats way better) I know if you do low reps on a leg press its much more short term mitochondria depleted muscle and you get big muscles... but can you still get big legs by doing hills? or...
