    Double your Bodyweight.

    I'm working on benching bodyweight. I'm 281 as of this morning and benching 260. My long-term goals are to bench, overhead press, deadlift, and squat twice my bodyweight. I think I should be sufficiently strong enough then to do whatever the hell I want :)

    Chicken Daddy, I don't know what pronated is, but my hands palms were facing me. Our gym has the assisted bar dip/pullup machine as well. I started doing pullups and bardips with 130lbs of assistance. Now that I've lost a few tons and grown some muscle, I don't need to use it anymore :)
