    Just to clear things up I said preacher curls promote alot of growth. But that does not mean there the best exercise for bicep growth. Just like I can say a camero promotes alot of speed. And it doesnt mean it promotes the most speed.

    I used to have a huge problem with it and always wondered why during soccer season I didnt. Then it came to me during soccer season I was drinking water all the time which is very good for your skin. So if your not drinking much water more then lightly thats your problem. Also I dont know about...

    Everything you do catagorized in weight lifting is loading parameters. Although there is different ways to go about it as you said but theres always principles its based on. And the idea of 4x6 came from *5x5*

    Although I have seen people who do partials for about everything I would still stick with full range of motion. Slow heavy 1 arm preacher curls promote alot of growth. Give them a try after barbell curls

    Only doing 2 excercises for chest...should i do more?

    For the bodybuilding part, alot of bodybuilders like to pre-exhaust with DB bench press then do neck bench pressing. Although many feel that neck bench pressing is very dangerous and must have a training partner watching.
