    Have you ever tried a tapering method? Meaning, start with a whole pack, smoke 4, 4, 4, 3, 3, 2, 1 each day of the week and on the last day quit! or at least con't this cycle and see how you feel at the end, most people don't want to smoke anymore if YOU are really serious about quitting!

    response to YOUR response! Well, i got a response yesterday to put my daily diet up in this section...what i am wanting is to be as lean as i possibly can be for a girl!     What about your heart? Has the FDA approved the stacker yet, and what kind of side effects might it have? Before "tinkering" with it yourself, I would suggest going to see what your MD says, before you are in their for other problems?! (just a sugg) :)
