    replacement for Dymetadrine Extreme

I'm wondering why most people seem to buy prepackaged pills of herbs rather than using them in their natural unprocessed state. Some stimulants like calamus only work when very fresh, and preferably still alive. It tends to be cheaper too since you're not buying an overmarketed brand name...

    caffeine before exercise?

Ephedra and ephedrine are still easy to find. Sudafed is ephedrine, and it's not going anywhere. Ephedra can be bought for $20 a pound from bulk herb suppliers.

    Oatmeal and Water Shake- Yuck

Could you put shake in oatmeal rather than oats in shake? What I mean is use less water so that is is more similar to oatmeal than to a watery sludge.

best workout for legs w/ just free weights?

I don't have access to a gym. All I have is free weights. What should I do for legs? Right now I'm doing barbell squats. My legs are disproportionately stronger than my legs, meaning I can squat far more weight than I can lift over my head for a barbell squat. I just wish I knew a way to...

WHAT SEPERATES US FROM THEM (great read)

gr81: Your exact words were "I can speak for myself when I say that I do something every day to better myself as a result of BB, what do you do huh?" You are obviously the local troll, I have no need to respond to your posts any furthur. firestorm: If you read more closely you'll see that I...

WHAT SEPERATES US FROM THEM (great read)

I never tried to impress anyone, you asked a question, and I answered it. I'm not referring to "book learning". That has absolutely nothing to do with my point. My point is about strength of character, which is lacking in anyone who thinks working out is as important as taking care of their...

WHAT SEPERATES US FROM THEM (great read)

Stop giving in to your weakness and making excuses. You are neglecting your mind. Learn what it means to be a real man. Hint: It means more than devoting all your time and energy to something that in the end is meaningless. How does what you do make you better than someone who puts just as...

If getting built is the greatest accomplishment in your life, then it is a sad life indeed.
