i do quite a bit of ab training and i am thinking that it must be more diet than anythin else because i am not seeing a lot of improvemnet from when i1st started it?

i work out for an hr a day for 5 days a week at my local gym then 30 mins on the thread mill at home 3-4 days a week ive 3 different routines at the gym consisiting of bench pressing,lat raises etc everything really lol
