    i understand.. i would workout 3 times aweek but i just started college .. and im starting my job wednesday and i work the weekends . so ill see where i can fit another day in or ill add excersises n sets

    i may be able to fit in 1 more day .. but i like twice aweek .. im fully rested n im actually passing up weights i was doing for months .. with the starting strength program i burnt out .. and when i was doing stronglifts 5x5 program i burnt out as well .. so if anything i'd do a push pull split...

    day 1: squat s.l.d pulldowns ez bar curls day 2: bench dips military press abs (occastionally) im on a bulk n started out with this workout because my recovery isnt that great .. i do 1-2 sets of 6-8 reps n i add weight each week .. ive been doing so for 5 weeks n gained a total of 6.5...
