After your workout you would want to take your protein with a high GI carb like dextrose (corn sugar at your bulk store) to create an insulin spike to get that protein into your body asap.
In your post workout meal, I believe you would take that with your regular carb sources... low GI...
Is there a website or could someone post a more complete list of vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower?
Do these apply to when they're put in things like soups or casseroles?
I'm not sure about all walmarts... but check in the pharmacy area. They do carry some but the stuff I've seen there is not that great. That's just my opinion.
I haven't tried EAS yet. I'm currently taking Optimum's 100% whey. Rich Chocolate. Mixes into milk quickly and easily and it tastes quite good. I enjoy it, even.
It's also ridiculously cheaper than muscletech's nitro-tech.
