    No I dont drink too much anymore. I used to as well as get stoned which of course gives you the "munchies". But not anymore, every now and then maybe. You are all right that I have to get a grip on my diet. That's one of the obstacles I'm getting trying to get over. I'm not obese.

    Thank you very much for that routine. Is one set of each enough? I always thought of three sets. Those are more individual exersises that what I have been doing, but totaled is almost half.

    Wow! Thank you all for the warm welcome. It took me about three or four years of trying everything to stop smoking. Zyban finally was the key! Now I can walk into a smoke filled bar and drink myself silly (not that I do that too often anymore) and not even feel an itch. It's finally gone!

    Well, yeah. But that was years ago. I'm not dead yet. LOL I'm not really worried about it. I just try to breath and it doesnt happen. Why it happened, I dont know. Maybe an MRI would do the trick.
