well give it a try but it looks like the cals. are way to low for 205 pounds. you should start to diet at around 2500 cals ed and then drop when the wieght starts to come down. Add more to each meal.

I would take more time off if your trying to gain mass. you Need to rest your muscles. check out a 5x5 routine or a 4-5 day split. imo there is no need to work your whole body 2x every 6 days
you do not need a cheat day at your weight. I am assuming your bf% is very high. keep your carbs below 30 throughout your diet until you hit desirable weight.
