    Flax caps for on the go

    Hi I mostly use Udo's oil blend to get my EFAs, but am wondering if its a good idea to get Flax caps so that I can get in a Protein+Fats meal when I'm at work? If so, how much? I have some lying in my cupboard that is 1000mg with 50% Alpha linolenic acid. Should I jsut buy nuts? Thanks in advance.
