    Don't think I'm over training. I only added in deads in the last month am am taking it real slow. I had a back injury early on. I'm doing 3 sets of 8 at 250. I could do more, but I'm not stupid, I'm not throwing that back out again. I like your idea of holding on the deads. I'll give it a shot.
