I was talking about form. If u watch, Train Insane... There's no way his joints can take that type of beating and he throws form out the window. Doesnt change the fact that hes working hard as fuck tho.

going with 60.40.20.20, heard liquid is underdosed. On a positive note I'm glad I started with this PH. I'm assuming other ones would have way worst sides. Glad to say this is my first and last cycle, I got the bug out of my system.

What should I run the nolva at? 40/40/20/20?
